Solution Test & Deployment
The Test phase is an important milestone for any project. In our experience functional and business ownership during this phase of the project is equally as important as the system components. We encourage business lead test planning and execution, with IT transitioning into a support role focused on defect resolution. We also take inventory of all requirements gathered during ealier project phases in order to validate test results against each requirement. This method promotes continuous stakeholder buy-in, while reducing project risk by uncovering gaps early on.
